Let go: an almost silent retreat
Letting go is about discernment. A call to deep listening, we are able to sort through, acknowledge, process, integrate and release what we hold, or what holds us. How can we transform? We are reflected in the natural world in preparation for the season ahead. What lessons can we take from the trees, and the clouds and the water?
An almost silent retreat day, we will move through the unfamiliarity of silence, and practice being deliberate – with ourselves, our words, and how we engage with each other.
from us both, we say
thank you, thank you, thank you
