Pause to drop in, center, wiggle around, and take good care. Gentle everyday stretches, progressive yoga postures and dynamic stretches, simple myofascial release, intuitive flows, fascia flossing, generous rest. Movement on the breath. This practice is for strength and suppleness in equal measure, about being in a body, about slowing down and listening to cultivate connection.
With over a decade of teaching experience, these practices are an amalgamation of many experiences of living in a body.
