Twenty Minute Rest

This guided rest can be used on its own or as a companion practice. You’ll want a place to lie down on the ground if possible, but otherwise a bed or a couch will do. You might have a blanket and an eye cover near by.

The recording will prompt you to settle onto your back, but this can also be used on the side or stomach.
